Product AnalysisPRODUCT ANALYSIS COPY CIA Engineering has years of experience with product compliance testing and design verification. Our comprehensive detailed report about the product undertest / evaluation will help the manufacturer, OEM or ODM determine if the product meets the companies basic requirements and standards. We have "proven" procedures based on our years of experience in manufacturing, documentation engineering, prototype / product testing, product assembly, and quality control, that exceed industry standards. We offer the manufacturer several different amplifier evaluation packages to choose from: A.) Static Test / Evaluation Utilizes a Resistive Load to achieve test results. - This procedure includes a General Appearance Evaluation, Disassembly Difficulty Level, Inside Overview of the product under test, PCB Characteristics, Component Evaluation, and Specification Analysis. B.) Dynamic Test / Evaluation Utilizes a reactive load to achieve test results. - This procedure includes the same tests as the Static tests, except with a reactive load, plus we also Include Thermal Analysis. C.) Full Spectrum Test / Evaluation Includes both Static and Dynamic test(s) of products, plus both Static and Dynamic test(s) at full limit. This additional test procedure determines the break-down point of the product under test. Test analysis reveal circuitry weaknesses, component weaknesses, etc., which allows for the possibility of product revision before commitment to a major production run. (Basically, we get to blow up the product two or three times for total analysis). (that's the fun part!) Whether verifying OEM specifications, evaluating the revision change on a PCB, or suggesting component specification / selection, OEM, ODM, and Importers can be assured that their product measures up to stated industry standards and to your own companies demanding quality standards. CIA Engineering includes "True Power" testing in its evaluation packages for amplifiers. Get your product CIA Tested / CIA Approved ! CIA Engineering requires a signed contract stating which test(s) are to be conducted, as well as a non-disclosure which protects any information exchanged between our companies |
